1. Is the selected delivery service available in my country? Who is the shipping carrier? How long will it take to arrive?

We ship to most countries.

Delivery time = processing time (order preparation) + shipping time.

• Cost:For orders over €60 , shipping is free; for orders under €60,  €20 shipping fee is required.

(2) Expedited delivery: Norway, Iceland and Cyprus only.

• Shipping carrier: UPS/DHL Express

• Fee: 100 EUR per item

• Processing time: 1-2 weeks

•  Delivery time: 5-7 days

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds

1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on canceling, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as storage fees, order preparation fees and shipping fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund for your goods.

2. When can I receive my refund?
